About the role

NAM LEATHER is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Intern to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a paid part-time internship that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, digital storytelling, and brand communication within the advertising, arts and media sector. As a Content Creator Intern, you will work alongside our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to build practical experience in journalism, writing, and content strategy whilst contributing to the growth of NAM LEATHER's digital presence. The flexible part-time arrangement allows you to balance this internship with other commitments whilst gaining valuable industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create original, engaging written content including blog posts, social media captions, product descriptions and brand stories
• Develop and pitch creative content ideas that align with NAM LEATHER's brand values and target audience
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content across digital platforms
• Research industry trends, competitor content and audience preferences to inform content strategy
• Edit, proofread and ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards
• Assist in managing social media channels, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
• Conduct interviews and gather information for feature stories and brand narratives
• Support the development of content calendars and campaign planning

What we're looking for

• Strong writing and communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience or portfolio showcasing content creation work (blog posts, social media content, articles or multimedia projects)
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop original ideas that resonate with audiences
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for fashion, leather goods, sustainability or lifestyle brands (preferred)
• Experience with content management systems or design tools such as Canva (preferred)
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree programme such as Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Creative Writing
