About the role

White Rock Beach Club is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our beachfront location. As Content Creator, you will be responsible for assisting in developing, producing and managing engaging digital content across all our marketing channels. This role is pivotal to building our brand presence, driving engagement with our audience and supporting our overall marketing objectives in the competitive hospitality and leisure industry.

Key responsibilities

• Create, produce and curate high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital channels
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with White Rock Beach Clube's marketing strategy and seasonal campaigns
• Capture compelling photography and video content showcasing our beach club facilities, events, dining experiences and guest activities
• Manage and optimise content for search engines and social media algorithms to maximise reach and engagement
• Edit and post content regularly, maintaining consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms
• Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for content improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, hospitality and events teams to ensure content aligns with promotional activities and business objectives
• Respond to comments and messages on social media channels to build community engagement
• Research and implement trending formats, hashtags and digital marketing techniques relevant to the hospitality industry
• Support the development of promotional campaigns and special event coverage

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role within digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality, tourism or leisure industry
• Strong proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems
• Excellent photography and videography skills with the ability to produce broadcast-quality visual content using professional equipment
• Advanced skills in content editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices and social media algorithms
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and captions
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas that resonate with target audiences
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimise content performance
• Experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with trends in digital marketing and willingness to stay current with industry developments
• Preferred: Experience in hospitality, tourism, events or similar customer-facing industries
• Preferred: Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration opportunities
