Job summary

Supermom Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a Content and B2B Marketing Intern to support our commercial content engine. You will focus on creating compelling content for LinkedIn and our monthly newsletter, with hands-on ownership and visible output.

You will also help with SEO and AIO articles, market intelligence, and B2B events, while applying the brand system and writing guide across all deliverables. Fresh graduates from marketing or business programs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Content creation (primary): draft and schedule LinkedIn posts and the monthly B2B EDM newsletter; contribute to the content calendar.
• SEO and AIO articles: implement SEO articles and structure content for visibility.
• Market intelligence and thought leadership: turn insights into posts, features, and short articles.
• B2B events: prepare pre-event, live, and post-event content, and support logistics and follow-up.
• Brand consistency: apply brand system and writing guide to all outputs.

The Role

We are looking for a Content and B2B Marketing Intern to support our commercial content engine. Your main focus is content creation for LinkedIn and our monthly newsletter. You will also support SEO and AIO articles, market intelligence, and B2B events. It is a hands-on role with real ownership and visible output.

Key Responsibilities

• Content creation (primary): draft and schedule LinkedIn posts and produce the monthly B2B EDM newsletter, as well as contributing to the content calendar creation with the B2B Marketing team.
• SEO and AIO articles: implement SEO articles and help structure content for visibility in AI answer engines.
• Market intelligence and thought leadership: turn insights and market signals into posts, newsletter features, and short articles.
• B2B events: prepare pre-event, live, and post-event content, and support logistics and follow-up.
• Brand consistency: apply the Supermom brand system and writing guide to everything you produce.

Who We Are Looking For

• A fresh graduate, or about to graduate, in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experienced in data interpretation and market intelligence.
• A high interest in B2B marketing & commerce-driven mindset.
• Experienced in social media content production and content calendar management.
• A strong command of English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO, AI search, or content analytics.
• Basic design skills for socials content and familiarity with design software such as Canva.
• Experience with newsletters, blogs, or student publications.
