About the role

HAP Indonesia is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis in Kepulauan Riau. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception through completion. As Construction Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities meet our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be the on-site leader who bridges communication between senior management and the construction team, whilst maintaining strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. This role is essential to the successful delivery of our construction projects and the safety and wellbeing of all site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Having more than 8 years of proven experience in planning, execution, and supervision of construction work on projects related to oil & gas facilities, petrochemical plants, mining, geothermal, and power plants.
• Oversee the execution of construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and field supervision also experience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects is a plus.
• Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
• Have good leadership, problem solving & communication skills as well as being hardworking, disciplined, reliable and teamwork.
• Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
