Job summary

You will coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment usage to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in civil engineering and proven experience in site management, with strong knowledge of construction methods and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Managerial or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule work activities, including subcontractor tasks, material deliveries, and equipment usage, to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, work schedules, safety records, and budget updates.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
