Job summary

CHANG LIAN INDONESIA is seeking an admin engineer to support project teams in Batam. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil or construction management and 2–4 years of experience in administration within construction. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is essential.

Experience with PM software or BIM tools is advantageous. Strong organization and communication skills, plus the ability to work independently or in a multidisciplinary team, are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of admin engineering experience in construction projects.
• Strong English communication; Indonesian preferred for local work.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiar with Indonesian construction regulations and compliance.
• Willing to conduct site visits and work in varying weather conditions.
