Job summary

Midplaza Holding is seeking a compliance and risk professional to perform risk assessments and support the development of risk monitoring systems. You will assist with compliance programs, prepare reports for senior management, and ensure policies stay aligned with regulatory changes.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa, excellent communication, and aBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Experience in public accounting is advantageous, and the position is based in Bali with a focus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with strong understanding of compliance.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing compliance programs is preferred.
Proficient in English and Bahasa, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Perform risk assessments across functional areas and maintain operational risk.
Assist with development of systems to monitor risk and align with targets.
Assist in development and implementation of compliance plans and programs.
Prepare Compliance Working Paper and Reports for top management.
Escalate major findings to Compliance Leader and monitor deficiencies.
Coordinate Compliance Program projects and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
