Job summary

Kredivo Group in Jakarta is seeking a Compliance Executive to support the implementation of compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Senior Compliance Manager and handles regulatory reporting, policy reviews, and guidance to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Law degree, 0–2 years in compliance or legal, strong analytical skills, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 0–2 years in Compliance, Legal or related functions.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, especially OJK and financial services regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess business impact.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Assist regulatory reporting activities, including monitoring and communications with regulators.
• Review internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

Kredivo is hiring an COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE in Jakarta Office who will support the implementation of compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. This position will report to the Senior Compliance Manager and will be accountable for supporting regulatory compliance processes, including monitoring, reporting, and compliance initiatives. In this role you will also be responsible for assisting regulatory reporting activities, reviewing regulatory updates, and supporting compliance assessments. In addition, you will be responsible for providing compliance support to internal stakeholders to ensure business activities are aligned with applicable regulations.

• To support compliance’s advice to business functions and internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
• To support the review of internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
• To collaborate with other functions and departments to ensure compliance requirements are properly implemented.
• To support the update, monitoring, and preparation of routine regulatory reporting requirements and communications with regulators.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or with 1–2 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or related functions.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations, particularly OJK and financial services industry regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review regulations and assess potential business impacts.
• Good communication and management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
