PT Amerta Indah Otsuka is seeking a Compliance Assistant Manager to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal governance by managing programs, policies, and processes across the organization.

The role develops compliance frameworks, delivers training, manages whistleblower and ethics programs, and supports data protection governance to minimize risks and safeguard the company’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in compliance, governance, or legal functions within regulated industries.
• Knowledge of ethics, anti-corruption, data protection regulations, policy drafting and compliance monitoring, and investigation.
• Familiarity with whistleblower systems and personal data protection.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Availability to liaise with regulators and attend compliance-related forums.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance by tracking regulatory updates, assessing requirements, and supporting internal stakeholders to align with legal obligations and corporate standards.
• Develop and update compliance policies by drafting policies and securing approvals to maintain an up-to-date framework.
• Build and enforce policy awareness and training programs across the organization.
