Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist in Malang for a 6-month contract to cultivate and grow local communities. You will onboard and nurture Active agents, visit communities, and coordinate events to drive engagement and digital goods transactions.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. This position is on-site in Malang and focuses on grassroots empowerment and proactive community management.

Qualifications

• 1 year proven experience in community management, event coordination, or learning program operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for grassroots engagement and community empowerment.
• Target oriented.
• Skill to engage to customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard existing Active agent from local community with min. 25 Member/Community (1 Community/Day).
• Visit potential community (6 community/day).
• Manage and nurture the Community acquired via Whatsapp.
• Share updates, success stories, SOPs, and resolve conflicts quickly for Community Acquires.
• Organize small-scale events and quarterly offline gatherings to strengthen member engagement.
• Maintain engagement with Community.
• Drive Agents to increase Digital Goods transaction.
