Job summary

Kemitraan seeks a RIMBA Project – Community Development Specialist to work on the Sijunjung District assignment in West Sumatra. This consultant role focuses on coordinating with government units, NGOs, and local communities to advance carbon and biodiversity credit initiatives within a four-month contract.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and communities.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Fluency or strong proficiency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop facilitation plans and schedules with NGOs
• Coordinate with local government and communities for project objectives
• Create Stakeholder Engagement analysis covering identification and FPIC processes
• Collect field data and compile progress reports with challenges and solutions
• Design socioeconomic baseline and project logic analyses
• Monitor and evaluate community facilitation activities including FGDs
• Prepare monthly progress reports for PMU/PIU decision-making
• Document all activity processes
