Job summary

Grab is seeking a Marketing Lead for Grab Financial Services in Indonesia. You will own end-to-end strategy for a flagship savings product co-developed with a major Indonesian digital bank, and build quarterly GTM plans while managing live paid media campaigns.

You will coordinate across Grab, banking partners, and internal teams, ensuring strategy, budget, and execution stay aligned. This role is based onsite in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in FinTech, digital payments or consumer apps.
• Comfortable working with funnel data, audience segmentation and campaign metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels (in-app, digital, out-of-home) to drive user acquisition and product upgrades.
• Manage end-to-end marketing funnel, track performance, and translate data into leadership narratives.
• Coordinate marketing budgets, calendars and briefs across stakeholders and partner organizations under a formal tri-party structure.
• Collaborate with analytics to define audiences, pull data, and refine targeting for acquisition and retention.
• Lead GTM planning and growth hypotheses aligned with OKRs.
