Job summary

Wahanakarsa Swandiri in Pekanbaru is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead on-site commissioning for building services and related systems. You will plan, manage schedules, coordinate with project teams and contractors, test and document systems, and ensure handover aligns with specifications and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong commissioning management skills, knowledge of building services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC), and project management experience in construction.

• Candidates should possess effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and guide site personnel.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant safety standards, quality assurance practices, and local regulations for building and commissioning work.
• Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, building services, or a related field, and prior experience in commissioning or construction projects.
