Job summary

• Food Safety Certification required.

• Sensitive to cultural diversity and hospitality standards.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate your assigned kitchen station with precision and consistency
• Execute prep tasks and food production as directed by the Sous Chef
• Ensure all mise en place is complete and up to quality standards
• Use proper recipes and presentation techniques to uphold culinary excellence
• Communicate effectively with the culinary leadership team about needs or issues
• Accommodate guest dietary or special requests with attention to detail
• Label, date, and store all food products properly at the end of each shift
• Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members across all shifts to ensure continuity and quality
• Maintain a professional demeanor and reflect the high standards of Aman
