Job summary

PT Masmindo Dwi Area, owner of the Awak Mas Gold Project in South Sulawesi, seeks a Commercial Specialist to support contracts, procurement and commercial administration as the project moves toward operation.

Based at the Bintaro office with travel to site in South Sulawesi as required, you will administer agreements, support tendering, and ensure auditable commercial records in a fast-moving mining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law, or related.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts end to end: documentation, variations, claims, and commercial reporting.
• Support tendering and bid evaluation, from document preparation through to recommendation and award.
• Manage vendor coordination and performance against contractual obligations.
• Support gold sales administration: shipment documentation, invoicing, payment tracking, and revenue reconciliation.
• Keep commercial records complete and auditable, in line with company policy and mining regulations.
• Work with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and site teams to resolve commercial issues before they reach the operation.

PT Masmindo Dwi Area is building the Awak Mas Gold Project, an open-pit gold mine moving through construction toward first gold. We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to support contracts, procurement, and commercial administration as the project moves into operation.

You will sit where contracts, vendors, and revenue meet: administering the agreements that keep the project running, and the documentation behind every ounce that leaves site.

What you will do

• Administer contracts end to end: documentation, variations, claims, and commercial reporting.
• Support tendering and bid evaluation, from document preparation through to recommendation and award.
• Manage vendor coordination and performance against contractual obligations.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years in commercial, contracts, procurement, or supply chain, ideally in mining or heavy industry.
• Solid grasp of contract administration and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the documentation discipline an auditor would expect.
• Clear communication, with the ability to hold vendors to what was agreed.
• High integrity, close attention to detail, and the composure to work in a fast-moving mining environment.
• Based at our office in Bintaro, with travel to site in South Sulawesi as required.

An advantage:

exposure to gold sales and shipment documentation, experience with EPC or mining services contracts, and familiarity with commercial requirements under project financing.
