Job summary

PT AQS Group Indonesia is seeking a qualified Commercial Administrator to manage export-related communications and documentation. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotes and PIs, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong interactions with international customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience inCommercial Administration, Export Sales Administration, Customer Service, or related roles.
• Understanding of export processes including inquiry handling, quotations, PI, shipment coordination, documentation, and customer communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; high integrity and confidentiality.

Job description

• Placement: PT AQS Group Indonesia - Semarang
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International Trade, Communication, English Literature, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Administration, Export Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Coordination, Export Documentation, or Manufacturing/Export Company.
• Understanding of export commercial processes, including inquiry handling, quotation, Proforma Invoice (PI), shipment coordination, export documentation, and customer communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Experience using ERP/Odoo or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent administrative and documentation accuracy.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of commercial information.
• Willing to support customer visits, business travel, trade fairs, and communicate with international customers when required.
