Seven Retail is hiring a Commercial Associate Manager - Lifestyle to lead sales enablement and workforce planning across our lifestyle services. You will manage talent fulfillment, train new hires, and monitor QC to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Sales Enablement or similar industry.
• Background in Sales, Telesales, or QC.
• Data analysis capabilities are a must; able to crunch data into outputs.
• Comfortable with rigorous processes and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower fulfilment to maintain talent supply.
• Lead new hire training and coaching; track Graduation metrics.
• QC for staff to monitor, report non compliance and fraud.
• Drive levers to improve Booking to Visit conversion.

• Manage manpower fulfilment to ensure continuous supply of top talent density%
• Manage new hire training and coaching -- success is indicated by Graduation %
• Manage QC for all staffs to monitor, track, and report potential non compliance and fraud
• Manage levers to drive higher Booking to Visit %
