Job summary

PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia is seeking a qualified Coal & Fuel Management General Manager for the Batang project in Central Java. The role oversees coal and fuel supply, supplier relationships, and site receiving processes.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in coal or fuel operations, and at least 5 years in leadership, with strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and English/Indonesian communication. Willing to be placed in Batang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (S1) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in coal/fuel/supply chain or power plant operations.
• At least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coal and fuel supply for the power plant.
• Manage long-term relationships with coal and fuel suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments for site receiving process.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies and regulators.
• Manage approved budget and control costs.
• Develop coal, fuel, and FABA procedures and improvements.
• Prepare periodic reports on coal and fuel consumption.
• Ensure compliance with HSE programs to achieve zero LTI.
• Perform additional tasks to support company objectives.

COAL & FUEL MANAGEMENT GENERAL MANAGER (CFGM)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the supply of coal and fuel to ensure that all fuel requirements for the power plant
• Manage long-term communication and relationships with coal and fuel suppliers.
• Manage communication and coordination with related internal departments to ensure smoothly of the receiving process of coal and fuel at site
• Maintain positive relationship with government agencies and regulatory bodies in relation to Jetty/ Port Management including monitor mid-term and long-term coal mining outlook and permit of coal suppliers.
• Manage the approved budget, controlling expense costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Develop all related coal, fuel and FABA operational procedures and its implementation including but not limited to identify areas for improvement
• Manage periodic reports related to coal and fuel consumption in the operation of the plant
• Follow and comply with HSE program and procedures to achieve zeroLTI (Lost Time Injury).
• Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’sdegree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Metallurgical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum10 years of relevant experience in coal, fuel, supply chain, or powerplant operations.
• Minimum5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.
• Strongleadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficientin Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, andWord.
• Proficientin English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Strongcommitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Willingto be placed in Batang, Central Java
