Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a hands-on CNC Machining Operator to operate CNC centers, perform tool setting, and monitor part quality to ensure drawings are met.

You will load and run programs, make basic adjustments to cutting parameters, and set tools with proper offsets while checking dimensions with calipers and micrometers.

Maintain clean, organized work area per 6S standards, report machining issues promptly, and support ongoing production quality and safety on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of CNC machining operation experience.
• Familiar with CNC centers, lathes, or milling machines.
• Basic CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code).
• Able to install, set up tools, and adjust offsets accurately.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
• Able to identify common machining defects and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining centers, lathes, and milling machines, including startup, shutdown, and zero return operations.
• Load and run machining programs, perform initial program checks, and adjust cutting parameters as needed.
• Select, install, and set cutting tools with offsets and compensation adjustments.
• Use calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and thread gauges to inspect parts.
• Conduct in-process self-inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality per drawings.
• Identify and report machining issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Follow processes, work instructions, and safety rules to maintain production quality.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, workplace organization, and 6S standards.
