Job summary

Jabil in Indonesia is seeking a diligent operator to run automated manufacturing equipment for Jabil assemblies, under direct supervision. You will learn process flows and contribute to on-time production.

The role suits a fresh high school graduate or someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience. You will follow safety rules, document operations, and maintain a clean, organized work area to support quality output.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate of High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience or a combination of education, experience and training.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment for Jabil assemblies.
• Perform routine machine operation and related tasks.
• Hand over with previous and after shift team members related with the task.
• Produce good parts per the process plan.
• Fill the document during operating the machine.
• Understand and/or able to operate production machine.
• Ensure assigned area is clean and organized.
• Work direction may be communicated verbally through aids and setup sheets.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations and company security policy.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

Under direct supervision, responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment for Jabil manufactured assemblies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform routine equipment operation and another machine related assigned task.
• Hand over with previous and after shift team members related with the task.
• Produce good parts (refer to the process plan).
• Fill the document during operating the machine.
• Understand and/or able to operate production machine.
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
• Work direction may additionally be communicated verbally through visual aids and set-up sheets.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Fresh graduate of High School Diploma or Equivalent required, or
• 6 months to 1 year experience
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job relate

Knowledge Requirements

• Knowledge CNC machine operations (Milling vertical, Milling horizontal)
• Knowledge about deburring work
• Knowledge about measuring tools and GD&T
• Knowledge about reading engineering-drawing/blueprint is preferred
