Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Club business and team to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Oversee recruitment, development, retention, and engagement of club staff.
• Own club budgeting and align with company objectives.
• Ensure day-to-day operations deliver operating excellence.
• Deliver high-quality member service and relationship-building with members.
• Develop business growth by building member relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
• Provide leadership that models company values and maintains high visibility within the Club.
