Job summary

PT DyKa Konsultama is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support a leading ICT company in Jakarta. The role focuses on cloud migration, solution delivery, and customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include assessing requirements, designing cloud solutions, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. English and Mandarin proficiency, along with strong stakeholder skills, are highly valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud or ICT.
• Experience in cloud architecture, operations, maintenance, or migration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization across computing, networking, and storage, and of public cloud services.
• Experience delivering projects using leading cloud platforms is preferred.
• Fluent English and Mandarin with clear communication of technical information.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Customer-oriented with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Certifications such as HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements and provide cloud migration solutions addressing business and technical challenges.
• Support consulting, planning, architecture design, and implementation for large-scale cloud migration projects.
• Design cloud solutions covering networking, high availability, scalability, and security.
• Lead the preparation of system testing plans, test cases, and test result reports.
• Manage on-premises-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud migration projects including resources, schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance across cloud services, including computing, networking, storage, security, databases, big data, and middleware.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
