Job summary

CTI GROUP in Jakarta is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Support junior to join our team. You will assist in understanding client needs, demonstrate solutions, and help deliver deployments with proper documentation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor in IT, 1–2 years in IT infra or cloud, basic networking/storage knowledge, and interest in cloud tech. AWS certifications are a plus. This role offers hands-on Cloud projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT-related field as listed.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud computing (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks.
• Knowledge or interest in Cloud Computing technology.
• Certifications or training in AWS is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering

• Knowledge or interest in Cloud Computing technology
• Certifications or Training in AWS is a plus
