Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Clinical Specialist for remote work in Indonesia. You will support Masimo products, manage clinician relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for successful on-site implementations and evaluations.

Requires 2 years in the medical field, nursing or allied health credentials, strong presentation and organizational skills, and solid negotiation abilities. Travel within the territory may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in the medical field.
• Registered Nurse, Certified Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist, EMT, Paramedic, or other health care related field.
• Effective presentation skills with ability to articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision makers;
• Highly organized with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Responsabilités

• Support Masimo products and maintain customer relationships with clinicians and other key stakeholders.
• Lead or support project implementations and on-site evaluations as part of the clinical specialist role.
• Coordinate equipment needs and resources with Masimo Corporate and partner sites.
• Collaborate with health care facilities and OEM partners to ensure successful transitions to Masimo products.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to meet or exceed expectations.

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting Masimo Products and maintaining customer relationships with a variety of clinicians and other key stakeholders.

This position reports to the Manager and is part of the Sales team located in Indonesia and will be an remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Acquire the knowledge and become an expert of Masimo Technology and Products.

• Ability to perform in the Project Management Role, Lead Clinical Specialist Role, or Clinical Specialist Resource Role for on-site implementations, evaluations and additional projects within the scope of this job description.

• Coordinates the equipment needs of the implementations with Masimo Corporate headquarters.

• Coordinates with the health care facility and OEM partners in order to provide a successful transition to Masimo Products.

• Coordinates with the Management Team to secure resources to support projects.

• Maintains an on-going relationship with Masimo customers to meet or exceed their expectations.

The essential requirements of the job include :

2 years' experience in the medical field.

Registered Nurse, Certified Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist, EMT, Paramedic, Anesthesia Tech or other health care related field.

Effective presentation skills with ability to articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision makers;

Highly organized with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;
