BD in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Business Development & Account Management professional to drive sales of TTM systems across major hospital networks. You will develop strategic account plans, educate clinicians, and collaborate with distributors to expand usage in ICU, Neuro ICU, Cath Lab, and ED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of medical device sales, sales engineering, or account management.
• Experience in ICU, critical care, cardiovascular, neurocritical care, or capital equipment sales is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret clinical evidence and translate it into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand TTM adoption within ICU, Neuro ICU, Cath Lab, Emergency Department, and Cardiac Centers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Support tender, quotation, and contract negotiation processes.
