Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator with a Doctor background to design and implement evidence-based clinical programs across hospital departments, ensuring safety, quality, and measurable impact on patient care.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience as an RMO/GP or in data analytics, and strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Domicile in Jabodetabek; collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (General Practitioner/Medical Doctor) is required.
• 1–3 years of experience as an RMO or GP or in data analytics.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with solid business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of project management principles and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt clinical programs from Head Office for hospital implementation and evaluate effectiveness based on workforce standards, facility readiness, procedure compliance, and service value.
• Ensure all clinical programs meet quality standards, including patient safety, satisfaction, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Build partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders to support continuous improvement of clinical initiatives.
• Collect, report, and analyse clinical data to identify trends, evaluate service performance, and support evidence-based program development.
• Initiate and collaborate on academic partnerships or clinical research projects that drive ongoing improvement in patient care.
