Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk is seeking a Medical Doctor with 1–3 years as an RMO/GP or in data analytics to design and adapt clinical programs for hospital implementation. You will evaluate effectiveness against workforce standards, facility readiness, and service value while maintaining patient safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD with 1–3 years as RMO, GP or in data analytics.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work with diverse teams and adapt to change.
• Domicile in Jabodetabek.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt clinical programs from Head Office for hospital implementation and evaluate effectiveness based on workforce standards, facility readiness, and service value.
• Ensure all clinical programs meet quality standards including patient safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders to support continuous improvement of clinical initiatives.
• Collect, report, and analyze clinical data to identify trends and support evidence-based program development.
• Initiate and collaborate on academic partnerships or clinical research projects to drive ongoing patient care improvements.

Job Description

Qualifications
