Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi is seeking a Multifinance Project Manager to lead requirements workshops, configure system parameters, and develop end-user training materials. You will deliver training sessions and oversee UAT, log defects, and coordinate with the development team.

The role requires a degree in IT/related field and at least 3 years of Multifinance project experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to translate technical jargon into business value

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of Multifinance business process.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and keep projects on budget.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with client users for vanilla/standard product scope.
• Configure system parameters, master data settings, and module options per approved requirements.
• Design and develop end-user training materials: manuals, quick guides, job aids
• Deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual, floor support) to client end users
• Prepare and review UAT test scripts and scenarios for vanilla features and integrated gaps
• Facilitate UAT sessions: coordinate client users, log defects, track resolution with the development team
• Escalate UAT defects to PM; escalate functional/standards issues to Development Team
• Support cutover activities and provide hypercare (post go-live support)
• Document SOPs, user guides, and operational handover materials
