Job summary

PROTEGO GLOBAL CONSULTANT is hiring a Cleaning Service / Facility Cleaner for a Padel Court in Bali. You will keep all court areas and facilities clean, neat, hygienic and welcoming for customers.

Responsibilities include cleaning courts before/after use, tidying lounges, restrooms and locker areas, and reporting maintenance needs. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required; basic English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, gym, sports club or padel is a plus.
• Willing to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Good physical condition and team player.
• Basic English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cleaning Service / Facility Cleaner responsible for ensuring all court areas and facilities remain clean, neat, hygienic, and comfortable for customers at a Padel Court in Bali.

Key responsibilities

Clean padel court areas before and after use

Sweep and clean court surfaces of leaves, dust, sand, and debris

Maintain lounge, lobby, seating areas, and common facilities in clean condition

Clean toilets, showers, changing rooms, and locker areas

Empty trash bins and ensure no unpleasant odours

Ensure areas are not slippery and safe for customers

Ensure all facilities remain clean and organised

Conduct periodic cleanliness checks during operating hours

Maintain and use cleaning equipment properly

Report facility damage or maintenance needs to supervisor

Maintain neat and professional appearance

Be friendly and courteous to customers

Assist customers with simple facility-related requests

Maintain cleanliness standards according to hospitality and sports club standards

About you

Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent

Experience as Cleaning Service, Housekeeping, Facility Staff, or similar position is a plus

Diligent, disciplined, honest, and responsible

Quick and detail-oriented

Able to work individually and in a team

Good physical condition

Willing to work shift system

Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Good attitude and customer-oriented

Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, gym, sports club or padel is a plus

Basic English is a plus

Salary according to Badung UMK 2026
