Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years in engineering and construction to supervise construction activities, ensure safety, and manage documentation. You will review drawings, monitor timelines, identify risks on site, and control changes and budgets while coordinating staff and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, travel readiness, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Sap2000, and Etabs. Jakarta-based, on-site position with active project involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Engineering and Construction.
• Experience in Warehouse or High-rise Building construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Good stakeholder management between owner and contractor.
• Expert with design tools AutoCAD, Sap2000, Etabs.
• Familiar with CSA & MEP Installation.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coordination support for the construction process, job-site safety and all administrative requirements.
• Check, review, and distribute drawing plan.
• Oversee the pre-construction and construction process to comply with the agreed timeline.
• Visiting project sites to identify risks and ensure all project staff comply with quality and safety requirements.
• Responsible for change order and budget control.
• Prepare and provide documents related construction activity.
• Manage stakeholders and internal team.
• Support other project duties and supervise team according to requirements.
