Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering - Construction.
• Experience of at least 5 years on construction projects and design (high rise building and road construction).
• Knowledge of SHE (Safety Health Environment) policies on construction/building.
• Knowledge QM Policies on construction.
• Capable to operate CAD and 3D applications (CAD, SketchUp, etc).
• Capable to operate MS Project.
• Strong capability in civil design understanding.
• Strong capability to estimate and calculate BoQ (RAB).
• Capable to calculate civil work projects.
• Strong capability to provide civil technical specifications.
• Work placement in Pasuruan - East Java.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction during execution for safety, quality and schedule.
• Help review building designs.
• Help review methods of construction.
• Help prepare small building modifications (drawings, schedule, Bill of Quantities).
• Support building maintenance to the factory.
• Provide regular reports.
