Job summary

OTTO Digital seeks a Civil Engineering professional to supervise daily structural works on-site and ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards. You will gather field data, inspect materials, and coordinate with contractors to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering, strong drawing-reading skills, and proficiency in Excel/Word. Fresh graduates to 3 years' experience are welcome; the position is based on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Fresh graduates to 3 years' experience in contractor/developer companies is acceptable.
• Solid understanding of structural work (formwork, reinforcement, concrete casting, earthworks).
• Proficient in reading structural, architectural, civil drawings.
• Strong data recording skills and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: supervise daily structural works to ensure compliance with drawings, methods, and quality standards.
• Data Gathering & Inspection: conduct field inspections, record key parameters, and complete daily pouring checklists.
• Progress & Administration: prepare daily/weekly progress reports with photos/videos and assist with BOQ checks; perform basic site measurements.
• Field Coordination: coordinate with contractors, foremen, vendors, and project teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues.
• Material & HSE Compliance: inspect incoming materials and enforce HSE standards on-site.

• Proficient in reading technical working drawings (structural, architectural, civil).
• Strong data recording skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for site-level coordination.
• Physically fit, disciplined, proactive, and willing to work on-site under varying field conditions.
