Job summary

PT Prakasalanggeng MAJUBERSAMA in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Civil Engineer with at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas field to oversee civil and structural work. You will study IFC drawings, review structural/civil designs, and coordinate with MEP teams to resolve interface issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent and proficiency in engineering software. The candidate must be willing to be deployed to projects or sites as needed.

• Possesses strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand IFC drawings, technical specifications, contract documents, and the project's civil work scope
• Review structural and civil drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Identify potential technical issues and provide engineering solutions related to civil and structural works
• Coordinate with the Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrument, and Construction teams regarding work interface requirements
• Prepare Technical Queries (TQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and technical clarifications for the owner or consultant
• Review the design of equipment foundations, pumps, vessels, and tank foundations
• Ensure that load data requirements from equipment and piping have been accommodated in the civil design
• Review pipe rack drawings, platforms, access structures, and support structures
• Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO) for concrete, rebar, steel structures, grating, and other civil materials
• Review technical material submittals proposed by vendors or suppliers
