• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager/Project Engineer in EPC/Oil & Gas preferred.
• Ability to initiate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly.
• Experience with technical designs and cost estimations (mechanical).
• Proficient reading technical drawings; strong CAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance projects from planning through handover, ensuring scope alignment.
• Control costs, schedules, quality, and risks to meet budget and timeline.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client regulations for oil & gas ops.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and construction.
• Monitor resource allocation, material readiness, and equipment availability.
• Prepare progress, performance, cost reports, and technical documentation.

Job description

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial or Civil Engineering

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Engineer (preferably in the EPC or Oil & Gas sectors)

Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability

Capable of preparing technical designs and cost estimations (mechanical field)

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and CAD; skilled in reading technical drawings, with a creative mindset and a meticulous approach to inspections

Knowledgeable in plant design, calculations, isometric drawings, and process flow equipment

Familiar with ASME Section VIII Division 1, API 650, as well as DIN, JIS, and ANSI standards

Excellent communication skills; energetic, dynamic, and highly motivated

Proficient in English (both spoken and written)

Strong team player who is hardworking, results-oriented, proactive and capable of working under deadline

Responsibilities

Lead the overall execution of maintenance projects—from planning, mobilization, and execution to final completion and handover—ensuring alignment with the contractual scope and company objectives

Manage and control project costs, schedules, quality, and risks to ensure completion within the approved budget and timeline

Ensure full compliance with both company and client HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, procedures, and requirements, as well as all applicable regulations for oil and gas operations

Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, including support for shutdowns/turnarounds, corrective and preventive maintenance, inspection programs, and on-site coordination

Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and construction) as well as external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Monitor resource allocation, workforce planning, material availability, and equipment readiness to ensure efficient project execution

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational and commercial impacts

Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, performance updates, cost reports, and technical documentation to management and client representatives

Ensure that all documentation, reporting, and project close-out deliverables are completed in accordance with contractual terms and company requirements
