Michelin Indonesia mengundang Anda untuk bergabung sebagai Civil Engineer di tim teknik sipil kami. Peran ini mencakup desain teknik, perencanaan biaya, dan pengawasan konstruksi untuk infrastruktur, hunian karyawan, serta fasilitas kantor, dari perencanaan hingga penyelesaian.

Kandidat dengan gelar S1 Teknik Sipil, minimal 2 tahun pengalaman, mahir AutoCAD dan estimasi biaya, serta kemampuan bahasa Inggris min. B2 dipersilakan melamar.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman konstruksi pada peran serupa.
• Mahir AutoCAD, estimasi biaya (RAB), inspeksi proyek, dan perencanaan.
• Kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan kemampuan perencanaan yang kuat.
• Lancar berbahasa Inggris (tertulis & lisan, tingkat B2).
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Site Tebo, Jambi / Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.

Responsibilities

• Desain rekayasa & perencanaan biaya: buat gambar teknis, BOQ akurat, tetapkan anggaran proyek sesuai standar yang disetujui.
• Manajemen proyek & pengawasan konstruksi: kelola infrastruktur, hunian karyawan, dan proyek gedung kantor dari perencanaan hingga konstruksi, inspeksi, dan penyelesaian akhir.
• Pemeliharaan infrastruktur & aset: pastikan pemeliharaan aset gedung berjalan efektif dan kembangkan rencana tahunan pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, serta keandalan jangka panjang.
• Keamanan, Kualitas & Kepatuhan: pastikan kegiatan konstruksi memenuhi standar teknik, persyaratan kualitas, serta prosedur SHE sesuai SOP perusahaan.

MISSION:

• Engineering Design & Cost Planning: Prepare technical drawings, develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and establish project budgets in accordance with approved standards and templates.


• Project Management & Construction Supervision: Manage infrastructure, employee housing, and office building projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, inspection, and final completion.


• Infrastructure & Asset Maintenance: Ensure effective building asset maintenance and develop annual plans for infrastructure utilization, maintenance, and long-term reliability.


• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with established engineering standards, quality requirements, and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) procedures in accordance with company SOPs.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction in a similar role.


• Proficient in AutoCAD, cost estimation (RAB), project inspection, and planning.


• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.


• Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).


• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi / site Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.
