The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelors in Civil Engineering, with at least five years of supervision experience, strong leadership, and effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision for civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage all site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment effectively.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and environmental regulations on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify quality issues, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, including progress, safety incidents, and resource utilization.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to address site-specific issues and ensure project objectives are met.
