Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• At least 3 years' experience with developers or contractors in housing.
• Knowledge of civil construction, drawings, and materials.
• Ability to prepare RAB (budget) calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works carried out by contractors to ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist the pre-handover team to check lists and consumer handover.
• Handle problems in the civil scope, including conducting tests.
• Recheck detailed item lists and progress.
• Produce weekly reports on contractor activities and progress.
