Job summary

S-hopee is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics across First Mile, Middle Mile, Sortation and Last Mile in Jakarta area. The role emphasizes HSE compliance, cost-per-parcel control, and leading a high-performing Ops team to meet company targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in express/logistics, strong analytical and leadership skills, and are comfortable traveling across cities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• 5 years of express/logistics experience overseeing multiple regions.
• Strong end-to-end transport operations knowledge across First Mile, Middle Mile, Sortation, Last Mile.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; Lean/Kaizen knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Hands-on leadership with field execution.
• Familiar with TMS/FMS is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Kota Jakarta Barat and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies and ensure health and safety within assigned city(s).
• Lead day-to-day operations including First Mile, Sortation Center, Middle Mile & Last Mile.
• Responsible for cost per parcel (CPP) within the assigned city(s).
• Ensure Operations team follow SOPs & WI.
• Achieve targets aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Coach and develop team members per Learning & Development guidelines.
