Job summary

PT Cipta Kreatif Profesional seeks a creative Videographer & Video Editor to craft engaging content for our growing F&B brands. You will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, developing concepts and storyboards that drive brand awareness and sales.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Operations to ensure consistency and optimization across platforms, while maintaining schedules and asset management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in videography, editing, or digital content production.
• Strong portfolio of commercial videos, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• A keen eye for lighting, composition, food cinematography, and audio.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads.
• Create 3-second hooks to capture audience attention and drive action.
• Produce cinematic product videos, food close-ups, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop concepts, scripts, shot lists, and storyboards for campaigns.
• Edit with transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color grading.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, and Operations.
• Manage assets, footage, project files, and production schedules.
• Analyze performance and improve engagement, retention, and conversions.
