Job summary

Mondelēz International Indonesia invites motivated university students for a 3-month internship in campus activations. You will design event proposals, coordinate with agencies on inventory and logistics, and oversee event execution to ensure brand consistency.

You'll assist in planning social media content and campaigns, while tracking consumer conversations across TikTok, Instagram, and Threads to spot trends and sentiment. This role is office-based in Jakarta.

• Oversee the campus event implementation to ensure it is on-brand and runs smoothly.
• Evaluate activation performance.
• Assist brand manager in planning social media content and sustaining social campaigns.
• Monitor consumer conversations on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Threads to identify trends and sentiment.
