Job summary

Plan International Indonesia is seeking a Sponsorship Communications Manager to be based in Kupang. You will lead strategic sponsorship communications, ensure quality and timely delivery, and uphold safeguarding standards across sponsorship operations and sponsor-child communications.

Collaborating with Programme, Communications, Resource Mobilisation, M&E, Finance and Operations, you will drive innovation, digitalisation, and impact storytelling to strengthen sponsor retention and programme

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in development management or related field.
Minimum 5 years in child sponsorship.
Minimum 2 years field work with children and communities.
Strong management and coordination skills in NGO settings.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a complex environment.
Clear written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

Lead quality of sponsorship communication products and ensure compliance.
Monitor performance, caseloads, KPIs, and processes.
Ensure meaningful, child-centred engagement with sponsored children and families.
Strengthen integration between sponsorship and programmes.
Lead, coach, and develop Sponsorship team.
Ensure risk management and safeguarding compliance.
Drive innovation, digitalisation of sponsorship systems.
Develop impact stories and evidence of sponsorship impact.
Collaborate with Programme, Communications, RM, M&E, Finance and Operations.
