Job summary

Novotel Bali Benoa in Bali invites a professional Chief Security to lead hotel security operations, ensure safety for guests, colleagues and property, and maintain a welcoming environment in a five-star beachfront resort.

You will oversee fire and life safety procedures, record daily security activities, provide VIP coverage, and stay on-call for emergencies, while building a skilled security team aligned with Accor standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma education required.
• Security certificates (Gada Madya/Gada Utama) required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Clean criminal record.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• English language proficiency.
• MS Excel and Word knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with fire and life safety procedures.
• Record all activities in the Daily Security Report.
• Provide security coverage for VIP guests.
• Update Resident Manager on security matters.
• Always be on-call, including off-duty hours for emergencies.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROL E

Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

Cultivate Informers with the intention of obtaining information of security interest that may be of immediate or future use to the Department for prevention and detection purposes

Record all activities involving the Department in the Daily Security Report

Provide security coverage for VIP guests

Update Resident Manager constantly on all matters of security interest affecting the Hotel and the Department

Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise

Qualifications

Profile

Knowledge and Experience

• Diploma education or similar educational qualification


• Security certificate / Gada Madya / Gada Utama


• Certificate in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting


• Clean criminal record


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity


• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language


• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
