Job summary

PT DyKa Konsultama is seeking an accomplished Executive Contract Manager to lead commercial contract negotiations for strategic, complex projects. This role acts as chief contract negotiator, partnering with senior customer stakeholders including C-level executives to secure sound agreements while protecting contractual and financial interests.

Requirements include 10+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, finance, law, or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to independently lead negotiations for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, finance, legal aspects and contract drafting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief negotiator for sales contracts on strategic, complex projects.
• Lead negotiations from preparation through final agreement and execution.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, legal, financial, and operational risks.
• Ensure agreements comply with contract quality standards and objectives.
• Communicate with key customers and C-level stakeholders.
• Translate negotiation outcomes into accurate contract documents.
• Support Contract Commerce Director in quality and compliance across the office.
• Develop internal training to improve contract negotiation capabilities.
