Job summary

Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, and risk management. The role focuses on safeguarding assets, ensuring accurate accounting, and supporting strategic decisions for sustainable growth in the NGO sector.

The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, auditing, tax compliance, and internal controls, reporting to the CEO and coordinating with the Finance & Accounting department to strengthen financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (minimum).
• 2–5 years of work experience in a managerial role (Financial Controller or equivalent).
• NGO or non-profit experience preferred; knowledge of Coretax and Accurate accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee financial transactions, accounting processes, and budget operations.
• Track cash flow, assess financial risks, and manage fund utilization to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
• Lead the annual audit process, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
• Review and verify the completeness of supporting documents for each transaction prior to payment processing.
• Oversee the timely preparation and submission of financial and tax reports for the Foundation.
• Provide timely financial reports to management and develop strategic projection plans to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with laws, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
