Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8–15 years of compliance/AML experience.
• CCEP certification.
• CIA certification.

• Oversee adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and manage compliance risks with mitigation plans.
• Conduct internal and external compliance audits and prepare reports for management and regulators.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
