Panin Dai-ichi Life is seeking a Taxation Associate to ensure timely and accurate tax calculations, payments, filings, and reconciliations. The role supports tax efficiency, maintains communication with tax authorities and auditors, and monitors regulatory changes affecting the business.

Additionally, the incumbent will assist with SP2DK, tax audits, and the tax aspects of the Sharia spin-off, collaborating with internal departments to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting (S1).
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in taxation.
• Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Brevet A & B certification if any.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Coretax, and DJP Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and applicable tax laws/regulations.
• Strong initiative, effective communication, and high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly tax calculations, tax payments, and tax returns in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
• Perform monthly tax reconciliations.
• Perform basic tax analysis to support tax efficiency and compliance.
• Provide tax-related data and support to management and relevant departments; coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities on SP2DK, tax disputes, and other taxation matters.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations, assess potential impact on the business, communicate changes to departments, and conduct tax training as required.
• Support the preparation and transition of tax operations for the Sharia spin-off.
