Job summary

PT Summit Adyawinsa Indonesia in Karawang Barat seeks a Tooling Designer for CF design in 2D/3D and die layout concepts. You will drive tooling development from design to mass production and manage revisions with suppliers.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of stamping tooling experience, with strong CAD skills (UG NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in stamping tooling design.
• Experience in CF tooling and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Make CF designs in 2D and 3D per requirements and schedule.
• Create a die layout concept and process plan.
• Provide revisions of dies/jigs from suppliers.
• Suggest tooling improvements and optimizations.
• Complete CF documentation for handover to Production Engineering.
• Control technical documents (part drawings, ECN, ECR).
