Job summary

PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) offers Metallurgical Engineering opportunities within the Steel Melting Shop (SMS). You will engage in EAF, LF, and Continuous Casting processes, analyze production data, and prepare technical documentation as part of a collaborative team.

Fresh graduates are welcome for junior roles; prior experience is advantageous. Willingness to work in shifts in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering required; fresh graduates welcome for junior positions.
Experience in steel or manufacturing is an advantage.
Strong understanding of SMS processes (EAF, LF, Continuous Casting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems or Power BI is an advantage.
Good communication and ability to collaborate in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support Steel Melting Shop operations involving EAF, LF, and Continuous Casting processes.
Analyze production and operational data to improve process performance and product quality.
Prepare technical reports, production plans, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Monitor process parameters, raw materials, and casting activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
