Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• 1–2 years hands-on cashier or retail operations experience.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures, payment processing, and related rules/standards.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash transactions from purchases to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Adjust procedures to meet management needs in a dynamic retail environment.
• Supervise and support cashier team members, ensuring accurate transactions and cash reconciliations.
• Leverage POS systems and cash registers to streamline the transaction process.
