Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG is seeking a Branch Operations Analyst in Jakarta to ensure timely, accurate processing and manage FX-related cash activities. The role requires a university degree and 1-2 years in operations Finance or Accounting, with strong detail orientation and risk awareness.

You will work in a hybrid setup, leveraging Excel and bilingual communication (Bahasa & English) to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare cash projection for client FX booking on behalf of client
• Check & confirm underlying docs of FX and incoming funds and follow up to client

Your skills and experience:

• University graduate with min 1-2 years experiences in operations Finance or Accounting background
• Attention to detail
• High Risk and Control awareness
• Proactive and team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel would be an advantage
• Fluent in written and verbal communication both in Bahasa and English
